If you are experiencing a progress tracking issue or they are not being marked on the calendar, don’t worry! All of your progress is saved on our internal server. Please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
-Email address you use to log in
-The app you’re using
-Your device type
-The workout program you are in
-The specific workout day you should be on (if known)
-Any screenshots or screen recordings that may help clarify the issue
In the meantime, you can also repeat the workout to see if it marks as complete.
Please note that if you have created a new account, or have switched programs, your progress will not carry over. If you have selected the “Reset Program” button in the app, then your workout data will be reset.
