If you are experiencing a progress tracking issue or your workouts are not being marked on the calendar, don’t worry! All of your progress is saved on our internal server.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email support@plankk.com with the following details:
- The email address you use to log into the app
- Your device type (e.g., iPhone 14, Android Pixel 7)
- The workout program you're currently in
- The specific workout day you should be on (if you know it)
- Any helpful screenshots or screen recordings clearly showing the problem
💡 Quick Tip:
While we work on fixing the issue, try repeating the workout—it might help it show as completed.
Important Notes:
- If you've created a new account or switched programs, previous progress won’t carry over.
- If you tapped "Reset Program" in the app, your workout data will be reset to day one.
