If you are experiencing an error on your screen when completing a workout, please ensure you have the latest app version downloaded onto your device. You can check which version you have installed by visiting the App Store or Google Play.

-Email address you use to log in
-Your device type
-The workout program you are in, and the specific week and day of the workout
-Any screenshots or screen recordings that may help clarify the issue
