If the app isn’t recognizing your active subscription or you’re being asked to subscribe again, please follow these steps first:
- Log out of your account
- Completely close the app (hard close)
- Reopen the app and log back in
This should help refresh your subscription status.

- The email address you use to log into the app
- Your device type (e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S21)
- A screenshot of your subscription details (including expiration date) if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
