If the app is not recognizing your active app subscription, or you’re being asked to pay again, please log out of your account, do a hard close of the app, and log back in. If you are still being prompted to subscribe, even though you have an active subscription, please email us at support@plankk.com with the following information:
-Email address you use to log in
-The app you’re using
-Your device type
-A screenshot of your subscription including expiration date if you signed up through the App Store
