The nutrition section of the app acts as a guide for you to follow to get you feeling your best self. You can assign an existing meal plan, or create your own meal plan. You can also access your grocery list. To get started, tap the apple icon at the bottom of the screen!
To add a meal plan, follow these steps:
- Tap "Open" on your kitchen drawer
- Tap "Plans"
- Select the plan of your choice
- Tap "Start Plan"
- Tap "Yes, Add Recipes"
