Why is the same post pinned at the top of the community feed?

If you notice the same post always appearing at the top of the community feed, it's because that post has been pinned by an admin or moderator.

How pinned posts work

Pinned posts are designed to stay at the top of the community feed until they are manually unpinned. This is intentional — pinned posts are used to highlight important announcements, challenges, or updates that the community should see first.

How to see more recent posts

To view newer posts, simply scroll down past the pinned post. All recent community activity will appear below it.

Still seeing an issue?

If the feed doesn't seem to be loading correctly or you're experiencing unexpected behavior, try the following steps:

1. Close and reopen the app.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Update the app to the latest version.
