What is a "challenge" and how do they work?

Some of our apps will provide a Challenge program that usually spans for a few weeks. Signing up provides an opportunity for you to receive an exclusive workout program and also the chance to win awesome prizes! An active app subscription is required as well as the challenge purchase. Challenges are hosted exclusively through the app.
