You can change your subscription type by logging into the app's website. Click HERE for a full list of our apps' websites! Once you click the website's link, please follow these steps:
- Click "Log in with email" and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, you’ll be directed to our billing portal
- From there, you can select and update your subscription type
If You Signed Up Through the App Store or Google Play
If your subscription was set up through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, any changes to your subscription type need to be made directly through those platforms.
📱 Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription for the app
- Choose your desired subscription plan
🤖 Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Choose the App
- Update your subscription type as needed
