If you subscribed on the app's website, you can access your account and edit your payment by visiting the app's website. Click HERE for a full list of our apps' websites!
Once you click the website's link, please follow these steps:
- Click "Log in with email" and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, you'll be directed to the billing portal
- From there, you can update your credit card or payment details
If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing is managed through your app store account. To update your payment information, please follow the instructions for your device:
📱 For Apple Users:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID name
- Select Payment & Shipping
- Tap Add Payment Method or update your existing one
🤖 For Android Users:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Go to Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods
- Update your credit card information as needed
