I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by following these steps:

• Open the app
• On the Sign In screen, tap "Already a Member? Sign In"
• Tap "Forgot your password?"
• Enter the email address you used to register
• Tap "Send Email"
• This will send you a link to your email address that you can click to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset link please email us at support@plankk.com.
